I felt bad that this cookbook only 2 stars. But for me, I did not use a recipe to. Unfortunately, the recipes rely on the soya bean, which is my son allergic to, along with milk, wheat, eggs and wheat. I seem to assume that there is soy-free, which is their own fault was. It would be a fine little cookbook for you if you are not allergic to soy. I have to buy this cookbook for a couple of new ideas, and unfortunately none came. This is not the cookbooks debt. I have already 3 allergy free cookbooks. Plus, as I have a few photos, if possible, there are none. If this is your first cookbook, you’ll probably be okay. And I can try to do my own substitutions if there is a recipe that I had previously not seen. I have a feeling that there is some better child-allergy cookbooks out there. Rating: 2 / 5

A good starter book, although very simple in its approach. Who in my family with the great food allergies can always add spices and herbs to recipes that their basic needs, such as cumin, curry, thyme, basil, etc. I understand the child want more boring diet. And my relatives and friends who may not contain gluten but not the other food allergies can use dairy products, where it calls for the soy ones so this will be helpful to many as a gift in my family / friends. Finally I found an allergy free cookbook that everything that tastes good! All allergy free cookbooks I bought, not before tasted like regular food, and no one will eat them. These recipes are awesome and everyone loved it, even the family members who themselves are very skeptical about tasting allergy free foods. Now we can have birthday parties with ice cream and cake that everyone can enjoy in the family. And one of my favorite recipes is the cut-out cookies. We have not in a position to cut-out cookies on holidays, like most families, and now we can, because these are delicious! The Yummy Meatloaf Meatloaf is the best we ever ate! I could go on and on! I am sooooo excited about this book and recommend this book for anyone with a family member or friend who has food allergies! Rating: 5 / 5
