We purchased this product a couple of weeks ago. It is very quiet, very efficient, and does the job. I would definitely recommend it to anyone. The reason I gave four stars was because I wish filling the water container would be easier i. e. I wish I could just pour water from a top opening somewhere, rather than removing the entire water container. Very good product though. . .

It was defective upon arrival. No mist emitted with power on but the fan worked well. I have to return this item. However, the shape is great and the color is really nice to have at home.
