I was worried it would be irritating, but it really helped, having sinus / Shell surgery, and also when starting on CPAP. I use only occasionally now that my very large turbinate reduction (thankfully) left me a bit dry nose. Totally worth it. Surprisingly useful product! Particularly well, spray or wash saline, then enable the stuff in the moisture. Rating: 5 / 5

This is an excellent product that fills an important niche. I use saline rinses as they eustacian to block the tube of my right ear. But I have allergies and are using nasonex and astelin, the drying. This gel is great because it is moisturizing and is mild and soothing. Furthermore (and this is a big plus) A long nozzle, which was fit into the nose. Others need gels with a Q-tip, which is a nuisance. I love this product! PS: The tube seems small, but there are a surprisingly large number of applications. Rating: 5 / 5
