The product I ordered never arrived. When I TigerDive, a man with a strong accent contacted the phone. Clearly, the number is a personal number in the night and during daytime business phone number. When I told him I needed to check on the status of the order, he told me to call that everyone is gone tomorrow. So, I will be calling again tomorrow. Not quite sure how the seller profile has mentioned excellent customer service, but until today, I can not agree, and my product is not delivered on time due to its costs. Rating: 1 / 5

I finally have this lamp! I just received today and I immediately plugged it up! It is very easy to set up, which lasted less than a minute. The illusion is perfect too. . . I was worried it would not be bright enough as a night light or perhaps is too bright. . but it is just right! It shines on my lovely yellow-orange painted side wall and go through my big IT field:) My little son had a good look at her when she was also connected. . He is in awe over it. I think he is still crying with happiness and stared at it lol. . ! I hope more comfortable with this lamp on the feeling – but whether it works, as he says, I LOVE the heat! The person who delivered the Dive tiger was prompt and I’m not disappointed! Thank you soo much:) Rating: 5 / 5
