Hello guys! These two wonderful young writers are my two wonderful children and young adults, What To Eat whole philosophy is to try and get back to eat scrumptious food and not put in which I can not eat anything again mode. We were there, but we thought if we turned on organic food that many of the allergies just fell ALL. But you have to be ruthless – no processed food, junk food is no load, no pesticde foods, no yeast and no sugar. Something to eat, is about to return to a healthy, old-fashioned, clean and simple diet. We hope that you enjoy seriously! Proud Mom, Rosita Rating: 5 / 5

It is full of tasty looking recipes, but the food, I did not have to be eliminated from my diet to the most commonly used. It is unfortuante not in a position, much of the book, what to eat when you can not eat anything, it is interesting to read lead story on the authors and their tips for a green life. Rating: 3 / 5

  3. Ariene T. Fonseca Says:

Of all the allergy cookbooks I’ve bought (and I’ve bought a few), which is worse! The title says, “what to eat when you can not eat anything” and yet the recipes are used, the major allergens as the main ingredient, not the solution to my problem. I do not recommend it. It is really a waste of time and money. . . Rating: 1 / 5
